We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Please remember that any orders placed with us are subject to acceptance in accordance with our terms and conditions herewith listed. All orders placed on our web site will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail, and all telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order. Please note that electronic and verbal acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will take place upon our dispatch of your (purchased by you) goods.

All e-mails will be responded within 24 hours. However some email may take longer to respond due to its nature.

Payment and Prices on our Website

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. From time to time our prices may be different if you are directed to our site via a third party site. Purchases at said prices can only be made online (normally no telephone orders accepted for these transactions) by arriving at our site through the third party site.

The after sale price refers to the price of any available like for like products after our sale event ends.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta. You may also pay by cheque or postal order. Please note that we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 14 working days. Finance terms are also available upon request. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number, the address and phone number your credit card holder has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods on www.e4uelectrical.co.uk

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We normally do not charge your card until your dispatch is ready. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Due to the limited availability of items purchased in our clearance section we cannot guarantee fulfilment of your order. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide the item we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. Delivery Charges on www.e4uelectrical.co.uk

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges and including VAT. The delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.

Notification of Claims

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 5 days from delivery. Any Hoover made product must be reported within 2 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 5 days from delivery. If we supplied you with a product other than ordered it is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 5 days from delivery. www.e4uelectrical.co.uk will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.

Product Guarantees by Manufacturer

All the products supplied by www.e4uelectrical.co.uk are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered. The full cost of the service call will be charged to your credit card account if our engineers find no mechanical or electrical fault with your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Guarantees on TFT LCD Monitors and Televisions

The TFT and LCD displays are made up of thousands of tiny pixels. For example, a 15" flat-screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 has 786423 pixels (It may change as technology changes).Each pixel comprises of three sub-pixels (red, green and blue) making almost 2.4 million dots. Behind each pixel is a transistor. When a transistor fails it manifests itself as a bright, dark or colored dot on the screen that stands out from the rest.
Today's production techniques unfortunately cannot guarantee an absolutely fault-free screen display and buyers should be aware of the possibility of imperfections (in the form of a few isolated constantly lit or unlit pixels) before choosing to purchase a TFT monitor or television. Due to this, there is indeed a commonly accepted 'tolerance level' by which TFTs may display such imperfections (or stuck pixels) without being classified as faulty. As such, we can only take back displays as faulty for refund/repair if the number of stuck pixels exceeds the manufacturer's guidelines. The number required for the monitor or television to be classed as faulty does vary between manufacturers. Please check with the relevant manufacturer as to their 'tolerance level'

Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receiving a delivery. You must notify us by phone or E-Mail of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery date. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
       Please note that goods must be returned good packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be complete; If you have opened the box to examine the product it must re-packed reasonably.

Television stands must not have been opened from their original packaging.
 
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.  

Some times we are unable to accept returns of the following items: Opened Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs,Minidisks, games and software, the goods were a special order to the customer's specification, products with contract services that have been connected (Ex:mobiles).
Please note that you must organize the return and the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a returns authorization number. The returns authorization is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refunds :

www.e4uelectrical.co.uk ‘s policy will provide you a refund within 30days from the date of cancelling the order. Full refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product returned by the customer.
