1. We can only deliver the goods to credit card statements address (credit card holders address only)

2. Most stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment with the exception of domestic appliances, 28" or above CRT TVs, plasma and LCD displays. Delivery of these goods can be up to 14 working days subject to stock. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

3. If www.e4uelectrical.co.uk or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, We will notify you of this position and you should allow us up to 14 working days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

4. For next working day delivery orders must be placed before 12p.m, orders placed after 12p.m will be delivered on the following working day and still you will be charged for the next working day delivery. This facility may not be available on certain   products.  Please check prior to purchase.

5. If we fail to process and deliver your goods in time due to errors in stock levels, technical or courier problems we will keep you informed.

6. www.e4uelectrical.co.uk will not accept liability of goods damaged or lost in transportation unless notified within 5 days from the expected or received delivery date.

8. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the credit card statement’s address and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

We are highly motivated to deliver the goods within the accepted time period. However we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays or loss caused by a delay.
